MEET Digital Culture Center, the first International Center for Digital Art and Culture established in Milan with the support of Fondazione Cariplo, in collaboration with the National Museum of Digital Art (MNAD), presents The New Atlas of Digital Art from June 22nd to June 24th, 2023, curated by Maria Grazia Mattei, Ilaria Bonacossa, and Carlo Antonelli.

A three-day event dedicated to the themes of Artificial Intelligence and creativity, with MEET Digital Culture Center as the epicenter, featuring the fourth edition of the international digital art meeting, The New Atlas of Digital Art / Are humans still necessary? as part of the S+T+ARTS project. Additionally, the immersive site-specific installation, Deep Sensing, by artists Rasa Smite and Raitis Smits, based on the visualization of data from the Universe and Artificial Intelligence systems, will be showcased. The iconic Casello Daziale Ovest in the center of the square will also host the project Human Making Tech Making Art Making Human, conceived and produced by Particle in collaboration with MNAD, featuring a solo exhibition by American artist Addie Wagenknecht enhanced by the interactive experience on the Particle app.

Thanks to the Particle app, participants will have access to the detailed program of the meeting. The experience of The New Atlas of Digital Art extends in terms of time, space, and accessibility, allowing both on-site and remote audiences to engage with digital content through immersive pages and multimedia pathways (Routes). These interactions and storytelling elements include narrative elements, audio-video features, and visual components.
